Potato Kabobs With Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Cheddar cheese soup
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
    Cut each half crosswise into four pieces.
    On 6 to 10-inch skewers, thread potatoes.
    Brush potatoes with oil.
    On grill rack, arrange kabobs directly above medium coals.
    Grill uncovered 30 minutes or until fork tender, turning once during cooking.
    In 1 quart saucepan, combine soup and milk.
    Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over potatoes.
    Makes 6 servings.
