Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 tsp. honey
    1 tsp. lecithin
    1/2 tablet vitamin C (100 mg.)
    1/2 c. high gluten-protein Pillsbury flour
    3 to 3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Mix the water, honey, lecithin and vitamin C.
    Add flours. Mix and knead until it's a firm, soft dough.
    Let rest for about 1/2 hour.
    Punch down and form into 1 loaf.
    Put in a loaf pan. Let rise until doubled in size.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
    Makes 1 loaf.
