Blintze Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. cheese blintzes, defrosted
1/4 lb. butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation

Melt butter in 2-quart casserole over stove.
Place blintzes in casserole.
Blend all other ingredients with well beaten eggs. Pour liquid over blintzes in casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top browns.
Serve with powdered sugar or strawberries.
