Pink Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can fruit cocktail, drain fruit and add enough water to juice to make 1 c.
    1 pkg. strawberry jello
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. cooked and cooled rice
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve jello and sugar in hot water.
    Add syrup, water and lemon juice.
    Chill until partially set.
    Stir in rice, fruit and nuts.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Chill.
