Creamed Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. spinach
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    dash of garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. milk or light cream
Preparation
    Wash spinach and cook without adding water until tender; drain and chop.
    Melt butter; blend in flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add spinach and heat well.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
