Skillet Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef
    2 large potatoes, sliced thin
    2 medium carrots, sliced thin
    1 large onion
    1/4 head cabbage
    4 slices cheese
    1 c. condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook beef; drain and add 1 cup water.
    Then layer beef in bottom of a skillet.
    Layer vegetables over beef.
    Put rest of beef over vegetables and pour soup over all.
    Lay cheese over top. Cook on medium heat until vegetables are tender, 20 to 30 minutes.
