Cream Cheese Danish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls, room temperature
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, separated
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Layer baking pan with 1 package crescent rolls.
    Seal edges. Beat cream cheese and sugar together.
    Add egg yolk, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Spread mixture over layer of rolls in pan.
