Never-Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. unsifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. Crisco shortening (solid)
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Mix salt into unsifted flour.
Cut Crisco in flour with a flour blender
or
two
table
knives.
Put egg, vinegar and water in a small\tjar
with
a lid and shake well to mix.
Add liquid mixture to\tflour,\tforming a ball.
Divide into 3 to 4 portions. Shape
each into a round slightly flattened \"cake\". Dough can be stored in individual bags indefinitely or frozen.
