Rancho Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. catsup
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    2 cans pork and beans (in tomato sauce)
Preparation
    Simmer onions in oil until golden. Add beef. Stir with a fork while onions brown lightly. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a casserole dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
