Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 onions, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Slice eggplant 1/2-inch.
    Parboil in salted water.
    Brown hamburger.
    Add chopped onions, peppers, flour, salt, pepper, oregano and tomato sauce.
    Layer in casserole alternately the sauce and eggplant with sauce last.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
