Mushroom And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can beef consomme (Campbell's)
    1 can French onion soup
    1 stick margarine
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. raw rice (I use Uncle Ben's; do not use instant rice)
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Combine with balance of ingredients.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cover casserole with aluminum foil and bake 1/2 hour.
    Uncover and bake another 1/2 hour.
