Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes mixed frozen vegetables
    1 (8 oz.) bottle creamy Italian dressing
    1 can cream of asparagus soup
    1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. instant onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
    crushed crackers (enough to cover casserole)
Preparation
    Cook veggies as directed; drain.
    Mix all ingredients together (except for crackers and margarine).
    Spread in Pyrex dish.
    Top with crushed crackers (Ritz or Club).
    Drizzle margarine over top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
