Broccoli And Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen cut broccoli
    2 boxes frozen cauliflower
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli and cauliflower.
    Saute onion in 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Add milk, soup and cheese.
    Mix well over medium heat.
    Add broccoli, cauliflower, salt and pepper.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet; add bread crumbs and stir.
    When cool, sprinkle bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Serves 8.
