Mexican Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Chihuahua or Monterey Jack
    1/2 c. salsa verde, green taco or green enchilada sauce
    3 eggs
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine Cheddar and Chihuahua cheeses.
    In a small bowl, combine salsa verde and eggs until thoroughly blended. In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, place half the cheese.
    Pour the salsa verde mixture over cheese; top with remaining cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    To serve, cut into 1-inch squares and place on tortilla, corn or nacho chips.
