Pork 'N Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 pack onion soup mix
    1 small can mushroom pieces
    1 1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    3 c. water
    1 beef bouillon cube
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in butter.
    Pour uncooked rice in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Dissolve bouillon cube in water and pour over rice.
    Stir in mushrooms.
    Place browned pork chops over rice and sprinkle onion soup on top.
    Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until rice is done.
