Ingredients

1 c. wine
8 oz. sugar-free strawberry soda
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 drop red food coloring
Preparation

Combine wine, soda and sugar in saucepan.
Sprinkle gelatin over liquid.
Stir and cook over low heat until dissolved.
Heat to boiling.
Stir in food coloring.
Pour into containers and cool.
Cover and refrigerate.
May be refrigerated up to 3 weeks. Makes 16 ounces.
