Souper Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    salt
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    8 oz. spaghetti
    3 qt. water
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and green pepper in butter.
    Add soups, water, garlic salt and salt.
    Cook spaghetti in 3 quarts water 8 minutes; drain.
    In 3-quart casserole, combine meat mixture, spaghetti and 1/2 of cheese.
    Top with rest of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes (the more cheese the better).
