Sweet Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. lukewarm water
    3 pkg. active dry yeast
4 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
1 egg white (for egg wash to brush top)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    9 c. flour
    2 1/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Scald milk.
Add sugar, margarine, salt and cinnamon.
    Cool to lukewarm.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water; combine with milk mixture.
Add eggs plus egg yolk; mix well.
Add some of the flour, then the raisins and the rest of the flour.
Knead bread dough on a floured surface until it is smooth and does not stick to your hands.
Add extra flour a little at a time, if needed.
Place dough in a greased pan and cover it with a towel.
Allow the dough to rise in a draft-free and warm place until double in bulk.
Remove dough from pan and divide it into loaves.
    Place in well-greased loaf pans.
Cover and allow dough to rise again until double in bulk, or just until it rises above the sides of the loaf pan.
Take 1 beaten egg white and brush the top of the loaves.
    Bake.
