Liver Italienne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef liver, sliced
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. water
1 jar Ragu
3 onions, sliced
Preparation
-
Brown liver in oil.
Combine Ragu with water.
Add to liver along with onions.
Heat to boiling, then turn to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve on rice.
