Liver Italienne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef liver, sliced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. water
    1 jar Ragu
    3 onions, sliced
Preparation
    Brown liver in oil.
    Combine Ragu with water.
    Add to liver along with onions.
    Heat to boiling, then turn to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Serve on rice.
