Crab Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat, drained
    8 oz. soft cream cheese
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1/4 c. dried parsley flakes or 1/2 c. fresh chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mash cream cheese in mixing bowl.
    Gently blend in crab meat, Worcestershire sauce and Old Bay seasoning by hand.
    Spread parsley flakes on wax paper.
    Form cheese mixture into a ball and roll evenly in parsley flakes.
    Refrigerate at least 3 hours (preferably overnight) before serving.
