Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. shredded unpeeled zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs
1 c. oil
Preparation

In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, baking soda, zucchini, nuts and raisins.
In another bowl, beat eggs and oil, pour over flour mixture and stir. Turn into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
