Cauliflower Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium cauliflower
    2 to 3 medium cloves garlic
    1 bay leaf
    2 tsp. basil
    29 oz. tomato puree
    salt to taste
    a lot of black pepper
    2 c. mixed Parmesan cheese and Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. uncooked thin spaghetti
Preparation
    Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet.
    Add crushed garlic, bay leaf and basil.
    Saute one minute.
    Add cauliflower and sprinkle with salt and saute until tender.
    (Can add water and cover to steam cauliflower until tender.)
    Add tomato puree and lower heat to a simmer for 15 minutes.
    Cook spaghetti.
    Toss with butter and oil and half the cheese mixture.
    Put spaghetti on a platter and pour cauliflower sauce over the spaghetti.
    Top with the other half of the cheese mixture.
    Serve immediately.
