Cranberry Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw cranberries, ground or canned cranberry sauce (red food coloring may be added for higher color)
    3 or 4 c. miniature marshmallows
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 to 2 c. unpared tart apples, diced
    1/2 c. seedless grapes
    1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, broken
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 c. whipped cream
    12 fresh pineapple spears
Preparation
    Combine cranberries, marshmallows and sugar.
    Cover and chill overnight.
    Add apples, grapes, nuts and salt.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Chill.
    Garnish tray with lettuce or other greens.
    Place pineapple spears on tray and heap cranberry mixture on pineapple.
