Grated Cheddar Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1 carton sour cream (8 oz.)
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 stick melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    paprika
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Boil potatoes in jackets.
    Cool, peel and grate.
    Mix next five ingredients and add to grated potatoes. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
