Crisp Potato Skins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. soy sauce
coarse salt
sour cream
chopped chives and/or bacon bits
Preparation

Bake potatoes at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender.
Cool, then cut into quarters lengthwise.
Scoop out pulp, leaving 1/8-inch shell.
Reserve pulp for other recipes.
Increase oven temperature to 500\u00b0.
Combine butter and soy sauce; brush on both sides of skins.
Bake on baking sheet 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp.
Top with your favorite topping.
Serves 6.
