Friday Seashell Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. small shell macaroni, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/4 c. French dressing
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. cooked popcorn shrimp, crab meat or lobster
    1/2 green pepper, diced small
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    bibb lettuce
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well.
    Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
    Add next 4 ingredients; toss lightly.
    Serve on well chilled lettuce leaves.
