White Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 doz. Cherrystone clams, coarsely chopped, juice reserved
1/4 c. olive oil
5 to 6 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation

Freeze clams overnight.
When frozen it is easy to open them with a dull kitchen knife.
Chop clams while frozen and put in a bowl.
