Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    10 oz. chopped spinach
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 oz. cottage cheese
    6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs and flour until smooth.
    Cook and drain spinach.
    Add all ingredients to egg mixture and stir. Melt butter in 10-inch square pan.
    Pour mixture in pan and bake 30 minutes.
    Let set for 10 minutes after baking.
    Serves 6.
    May be made a day ahead.
    May substitute broccoli.
