Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. margarine
    3 eggs
    2 1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, cream sugars, butter and eggs.
    Add flour, pumpkin, water, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and cloves.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Fold in chocolate chips.
    Pour into four greased and floured 6 x 3 x 2-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until bread tests done.
    Yields 4 mini loaves.
