Jiffy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

1 (8-inch) baked pie shell
1 1/4 c. (14 oz. can) sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Set out pie shell.
Blend thoroughly the condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon peel and egg yolks.
Pour into shell and set aside.
