Olive Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 c. (1 lb.) shredded mild Cheddar cheese (I use Cracker Barrel Vermont sharp)
1 (.06 oz.) envelope Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 c. chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
2 tsp. olive juice
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except pecans; mix well.
Shape into a ball and coat with pecans.
Yield:
1 cheese ball.
