Rumaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chicken livers
    1 lb. bacon
    1 c. buttermilk
    self-rising flour
    2 to 3 Tbsp. mustard (Dijon hot)
    honey
Preparation
    Wash and halve livers.
    Drain well.
    Put livers in buttermilk. Place 2 to 2 1/2 cups of flour in bag.
    Place livers in bag.
    Shake well.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Wrap each liver in a piece of bacon. (Cut bacon in half or thirds; make it long enough to go around livers.)
    Place wrapped liver on a broiler pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
    Bake livers 25 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until bacon is crisp.
