Mushroom Cap Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 small onion, thin sliced and separated into rings
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 (6 oz.) cans mushroom crowns, drained
Preparation
    Combine the first 7 ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add the mushroom crowns and simmer 5 to 6 minutes. Chill in a dish for several hours, stirring occasionally. Drain.
    Makes 2 cups.
