Strawberries In The Snow - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 angel food cake
1 qt. sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen), drained
1 pkg. strawberry glaze
12 oz. Cool Whip
16 oz. sour cream
5 oz. evaporated milk
1 c. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Mix Cool Whip, sour cream, milk and sugar together.
Break angel food cake into small chunks and mix well with Cool Whip mixture.
Spoon into 9 x 12-inch pan.
Mix drained strawberries and glaze.
Spoon over top of cake/Cool Whip mixture. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
