Buttermilk Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small or 1 large box strawberry jello
    1 large can pineapple (crushed; undrained)
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 (13 oz.) carton nondairy topping
Preparation
    Mix jello with pineapple and bring to a boil.
    Let cool to room temperature.
    Stir in buttermilk and whipped topping until well blended.
    Pour in molds or a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Refrigerate.
    (I grease my dish with mayonnaise.)
