Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 eggs (beat 5 minutes at high speed)
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. pumpkin (can)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1/2 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease and flour cookie sheet.
    Spread chopped nuts over sheet.
    Stir eggs, sugar and pumpkin.
    Add remaining ingredients and spread over chopped nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn out on floured (powdered sugar) towel.
    Roll up towel and cake. Let cool.
