Creamed Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream-style corn
8 oz. sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick margarine, melted (can use less)
Preparation

Mix together in a casserole dish.
Top with grated cheese last 15 minutes of baking.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 in a glass pan or at 350\u00b0 in a metal pan.
