Aunt Ritchie'S Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Trim off both ends of zucchini.
    Parbroil until tender, but not mushy.
    Drain and cool.
    Cut in halves lengthwise.
    Scoop out seeds.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
    Stuff the zucchini with bread mixture, dividing it evenly.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0 until golden.
    Serves 8.
