Chocolate Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil (preferably Puritan)
    1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
    4 Tbsp. cocoa powder
    1 c. water
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk (can be made with 1 tsp. vinegar and the rest regular milk)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan.
    In a mixing bowl, put flour, sugar and baking soda.
    Add the cooked mixture to the dry ingredients.
    Mix well with the mixer and add the remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
