Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked crust
    4 medium sliced zucchini
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 cloves garlic, crushed, or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. cashews (bite-size pieces)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. Jack cheese, cubed
    2 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Saute zucchini in butter and garlic.
    Add salt, dill weed, and pepper.
    Pour nuts in crust bottom; add zucchini, then eggs, cheese and parsley.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden.
