German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Pillsbury Plus cake mix (German chocolate)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. Baker's coconut
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick melted margarine
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
Place nuts and coconut in bottom of pan.
Mix cake according to directions on box and pour over nuts and coconut.
Mix cream cheese, melted margarine and powdered sugar.
Spoon over cake mix and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Leave cake in pan.
