Pig Pickin' Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. dry yellow cake mix
    1 (11 oz.) can undrained mandarin orange slices
    4 large eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 (15.25 oz.) can crushed undrained pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) container thawed whipped topping
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Preparation
    Put cake mix in large mixing bowl.
    Add mandarin orange slices, eggs and oil and mix with electric mixer at high speed for 2 minutes.
    Reduce speed to low and beat 1 minute more.
    Pour into 3 greased and floured round 9-inch cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
    Remove from pans and cool completely.
