Nana'S Mexican Pizza(Makes 3 Large Pizzas) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. Tabasco sauce or 4 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    meat mixture
    5 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Sprinkle over each pizza some pepper juice and the canned cayenne peppers.
    Top each pizza with 6 canned cayenne peppers. Cut into slices.
    Cook in a microwave for 2 to 3 minutes per slice or entire pizza in a 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
