Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Melt margarine; add cocoa and milk. Stir. Bring to a rolling boil and stir a little. Remove from heat and add sugar and vanilla. Then mix well and put on the cake.
