Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh spinach
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms (fresh)
    1 or 1/2 lb. crumbled Feta (optional)
    8 or 9 pieces bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 1/2 c. croutons
    1 medium red onion, sliced in rings
    Italian dressing
Preparation
    Wash spinach and mushrooms.
    Remove spinach stems; slice mushrooms and onions.
    Crumble Feta cheese and bacon.
    Add all other ingredients except Feta cheese to the spinach.
    Toss; then add Feta cheese; toss again.
