Pacific Lime Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. lime Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple, strained
1 c. creamy cottage cheese
1/4 c. nut meats, chipped
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 c. Miracle Whip or 1/2 c. whipped cream

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add juice from pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened, then fold in remaining ingredients and chill until set.
