Italian Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. frozen Italian vegetable combination (thawed and drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C. shredded Italian cheese blend
1/3 C. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 oz. chopped pimento (optional)
2.8 oz. can durkee french fried onions
Preparation

Combine vegetable, soup, 1/2 C. of the cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can of onions.
