Apple Crumble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/3 c. chopped peanuts
6 medium apples
Preparation

Sift flour with sugar, salt and nutmeg.
Cut in peanut butter and butter until mixture is crumbly; add peanuts.
Peel apples; slice thin and place in well-greased baking dish (10 x 7 x 2-inch).
Sprinkle peanut butter mixture evenly over top of apples.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0, then increase temperature to 425\u00b0 and bake 10 minutes longer or until browned.
Serve warm with ice cream.
