Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, cut up chicken (white and/or dark meat; can be leftover)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. peas
    prepared biscuits or pie crust (uncooked) *
    onions or mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    *Can use Bisquick, etc. for biscuits.
