Ingredients

1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Generously grease a large cookie sheet. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls, 1 inch apart, on prepared cookie sheet, pressing down ends of coconut with the back of a spoon.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
